Within 30 days of your purchase, our team of fit experts will be happy to assist you and set up a free exchange or return for you. We want to make sure you can give your new Coobie products time to mold to your body and get comfortable. Do what you want to do in them: remove product tags/stickers and wash them as much as you like.

If you are returning an item, you will get your refund back to your original payment funnel in 10 days. You can also choose to return via store credit, whereas you can skip the wait time and get an instant refund with our E-gift card.
