• Can I receive the refund to an alternative payment method?

  Unfortunately, we can only process refunds to your original payment method. If the original payment method no longer works with you, we can also offer store credit for the total refund amount. It never expires and you can use it just like cash in our store.

• When will I receive my refund?

  A refund will be issued back to your original payment funnel within 5 days after your return has been delivered.
